Such services do not constitute the practice of engineering or land surveying as defined under Tennessee Code Annotated Title 62, Chapter 18, or related statutes governing the practice of engineering and land surveying in the State of Tennessee. Safe Site Utility Services does not provide plats, boundary surveys, or sealed survey products without review and approval by a licensed Tennessee Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Land Surveyor (RLS).
